Connection Day - Breathwork and Yoga Nidra November 19

We invite you to join us for a special day with yoga nidra, breathwork, meditation, silence, creative expression and plenty of time for reflection. All this in a beautiful location, followed by a delicious light meal.

This afternoon is for you if:
- You need time & space for yourself
- Experience tension and/or stress related complaints
- Need more focus and want to let your creative power flow better
- Are ready to let go of old patterns
- Or are simply curious about the power of yoga nidra and breathing exercises


Experience with yoga nidra or breathwork is not required for this afternoon! And if you are already familiar with these activities of awareness, then you know that the power of repetition will make you grow.

Yoga nidra helps you slow down, soften and land in a deep state of relaxation.
In this phase, between being awake and sleeping, tension flows away and the body's self-healing capacity is called upon. A powerful tool that contributes to physical and mental health.
Breathwork brings you to a deeper layer of consciousness, free from judgments, analysis, comparison and in the here and now. From this consciousness it is possible to lovingly meet and release all, often suppressed, thoughts, feelings and emotions, layer by layer. So that stagnant energy can start moving again and can flow.
